WEIRTON - Police officials announced another drug bust in the city of Weirton and made several more arrests after receiving a tip from U.S. Postal Service personnel.
Brittaney McAbee, 22, of Weirton was arrested for possession with intent to deliver marijuana along with two others, Heather Bailey, 26, who was charged with conspiracy to possess with the intent to deliver and Mildred Bailey, 46, charged with possession of a controlled substance.
According to Detective Gerard Spencer, Weirton Police Detectives Street Crimes Unit received information from a supervisor at the U.S. Post Office that they had a suspicious package shipped in from California. He said the package was addressed to Brittaney C. Mcabee at 2941 Elm St.

"There was a strong odor coming from the package," Spencer said.
During a follow-up investigation at the residence, officers were able to retrieve approximately 35 grams of marijuana. Police said Mcabee admitted to having the marijuana shipped from California and had it concealed inside a stuffed animal.
Spencer said each of three women admitted to purchasing the marijuana and having it shipped to the area. All three are currently being held at the Northern Regional Jail on $10,000 bond each.
Police said the investigation was still ongoing, and more people could be involved.
