HOLMES, Frank E., Jr., of Steubenville, passed away June 20, 2012.
He was born in Avella, Pa., to the union of Frank, Sr. and Lilly Bell Holmes.
He was a retiree of Wheeling Pitt Steel and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by both parents and a brother, Lawson Holmes.
He is survived by a wife, Barbara; three sons, Frank (Claudia), Brian (Carrie) and Jerome; one daughter, Ursula (Greg) Fisher; a brother, Lewis C.; and a sister, Margaret; grand- and great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
Funeral Monday, June 25 at 11 a.m., Williams, Gregory and Martin Funeral Home, 411 N. 7th St. Rev. Patricia Angel will officiate.
