STEUBENVILLE - The game was 65 minutes old and only two innings had been played.
Yet, Steubenville Post 33 had a 12-7 lead over Richmond Post 740 after those two innings and eventually scored a 16-7 victory at Vaccaro Field.
Richmond put five on the board in the top of the first inning against Alecks Porreca, who eventually earned the win.

Post 33 came back to chase Post 740 starter Zach Williams in the bottom of the first with three.
Richmond added two in the top of the second and Steubenville answered with nine in the bottom of the inning and cruised from there, scoring twice in the third and fifth innings.
JoJo Pierro led the 19-hit attack with three singles, a double and five RBIs. Brenton Colabella added three singles and Bryan Pierro two singles as they totaled three RBIs each.
Jim Panella had two singles, a double and two RBIs and Justin Corsi two singles and two RBIs.
John Linn and Alex Young added a pair of singles each.
Greg Stagani tripled and had three RBIs for Richmond and Josh Pasek singled twice.
Post 33 hosts Toronto today, while Richmond heads to the Tusky County tournament.
