TORONTO - The Toronto Post 86 Legion baseball team rode a dominant effort from Seth Cox en route to a 3-0 home win over St. Clairsville Thursday.
Cox picked up the win on the hill, going the distance while striking out eight and surrendering only a pair of singles on the evening. At the plate, Cox had a home run, a single, and drove in two runs. Ralph King drove in Post 86's third run with a single. Tyler Owens added two singles with Spenser Sninchak, Brad Melville, and Seth Wilson each chipping in with a single.
Toronto hosts Kingsville Saturday for a double header starting at 11 a.m.
