Key West Express headlined Friday's concert at the Weirton Event Center, with Carlo Volhl and Bobby Pizzoferrato as the opening act. The Fridays at Five concert series, organized by the Top of West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau, will continue July 27 with No Bad JuJu and Pat Heiserman.
