ROUSE, William E., 83, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away June 19, 2012, at Acuity Specialty Hospital, Steubenville, OH.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2012, from 1:30 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 2 p.m. at the Wellsburg Church of God, Bethany Pike, Wellsburg, WV, with Pastor James Seabright, officiating.
