CUIC, Milos "Lefty" (Milonovich), 96, of Follansbee, WV, formerly of Weirton, passed away Monday, July 23, 2012 in the Brightwood Center.
Born Dec. 19, 1915, in Johnstown, PA, Milos' birth parents died when he was 9-months old. He was reared by the late Sava and Amelia Stojakovich.
Lefty was also preceded in death by his wife, Edith Mazzo Milonovich; brothers, Louis and Mila Miljanovich, and Pete and George Cuic; and sisters, Marie Miljanovich, Mary Tarovisky, Mildred Albino, Ann Simich and Daisy C. Lorello.
Mr. Cuic retired as a lithographer. He was a member of the Weirton Senior Center, where he will always be remembered for his very talented billiard skills.
He was also a member of Holy Resurrection Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church in Steubenville, OH.
Lefty is survived by his daughter,, Sandra L. Ewusiak and her husband, Carl of Follansbee; grandchildren, Scotty and Dawn Ewusiak; and three great-grandchildren, Jessie Gambellin, and Tyler and Joey Ewusiak; and sister-in-law, Mary Mazzo.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton, WV. The Very Reverend Father Rade Merick will officiate. Interment will be in the Serbian Cemetery, Weirton.
