TICE, James F. "Scott" Jr., our loving son and brother, went home to be with the Lord on July 23, 2012.
Scott was born Sept. 25, 1961, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late James F. Tice Sr. and Edna (Keeder) Tice who survives.
Scott loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his nieces and nephews. Scott will be greatly missed by his best friend Jeb, his beagle dog.
He was a former self- employed contractor and was a member of the How'd You Miss Hunting Club.
In addition to his father, Scott was preceded in death by his infant son, Brandon; and his grand parents, Oak and Lena Tice and Orville and Mary Frances Keeder.
In addition to his mother, Edna, Scott is survived by his sisters, Rebecca Tice, Trudy (Jerry) Miller, Debbie (Richard) Workman, and Karen (Tim) Rose; and his brother, Doug (Lisa) Tice. Scott is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation and funeral service for Scott will be held on Thursday, July 26 with visitation from 4-7. p.m followed by his funeral service at 7 p.m. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. Rev. Frank Hudson will officiate the service, and burial will be held at the convenience of his family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Scott's family.
