TIBBS, Margaret L., 82, of Weirton, WV., passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at Brightwood Center.
She was born Sept. 26, 1929, in Holidays Cove, WV., daughter of the late Jesse R. and Lela Higdon Coleman.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Gregory Wayne Tibbs, and four brothers.
She was a member of the First Christian Church and a retiree of Williams Country Club.
Surviving are her daughters, Donna Scott (Rick) of Weirton, WV, Sheila Glasure (Donald) of Weirton, WV, Deborah Tice (Ralph) of Follansbee, WV; sons John Tibbs of New Cumberland, WV, Ronald Tibbs (Valerie) of Colliers, WV, Rick Tibbs (Carey) of New Manchester, WV, Robert Tibbs of Charleston, WV; 20 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Keeder of Weirton, WV, Shirley Gostinger (Ted) of Zephyr Hills, FL.
Visitation will be at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, Inc., 3721 Main Street, Weirton, WV on Friday 2-4 and 6 until funeral service at 7:30 p.m. The Reverend Kevin L. Bowers will preside. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, New Manchester, WV.
