To the editor:
Jeremy Kins has been covering our board meetings for the Toronto City School District. On July 19, we learned that would be his last meeting. He has covered our district during our planning and onset of construction. He is planning to take a job at Bethany College dealing with communications.
Jeremy was always professional and represented the Herald-Star well. He was so accurate in his account of the meetings and was not afraid to ask for clarification when needed. He gave a very factual account of the meetings for people to read in the Herald-Star.
We will certainly miss Jeremy, as will the Herald-Star. We felt lucky to have him covering our school board meetings and wish him the best in future endeavors.
