Maurice D. Bougard, 23, 525 N. Sixth St., drug trafficking, amended to attempted drug abuse, 60 days in jail; Thomas C. Brown Jr., 20, 114 Parr Ave., Mingo Junction, no operator's license, found innocent;
Jon Davis, 32, 1340 Arlington Ave., felonious assault, amended to domestic violence, 180 days in jail; Anthony Johnson, 47, Apartment H, 732 N. Sixth St., criminal mischief, $250; Ernest Johnson, 56, Steubenville, burglary, amended to criminal trespass, 10 days in jail;
Lee B. Jones, 41, 803 Buckeye St., petit theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, 20 days in jail; Louis E. Mowder, Louis E. Mowder, 25, Steubenville, driving with suspended license, 10 days in jail; and John E. Skeens, 35, 205 Main St., Empire, two counts possession of drugs, amended to two counts attempted drug abuse, 30 days in jail.
