Terry Lee Cain

CAIN, Terry Lee, 64, of Colliers, WV, went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, July 31, 2012.

He was born on Oct. 28, 1947, in Deep Valley, PA., a son of the late Virgil and Verna "Tibby" Plants Cain.

For 29 years, Mr. Cain worked for Weirton Steel in the Tin Mill Electronics. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, the DAV and was a former member of the Weirton Steel Male Chorus.

An avid musician, Terry enjoyed watching western movies, playing a round of golf and teaching music to his family and friends. But the highlight of his days was playing GI Joe with his grandson, Eli.

He was an Army Veteran, having served two tours in Vietnam.

Terry is survived by his wife, Deborah Williamson Cain, whom he married October 6, 1972; sons, Shawn and Brett Cain, all of Colliers; grandson, Eli Cain; brother, Larry Cain of New Cumberland, WV; sister, Debbie McGaughey of Myrtle Beach, SC; brother-in-law, Art Williamson of Newport, OH; and mother-in-law,Vonnie Williamson of Colliers.

Visitation will be held Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be celebrated at 3 p.m. Saturday. The Reverend Larry Barkley will preside.

Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton, with military services conducted by the American Legion Honor Guard.
