KIRKPATRICK, Stephanie M., 50, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at her home.
She was born Jan. 12, 1962, in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Frank A. and Jeannette Bailey Takach, Jr.
Stephanie was a member of Holy Name Cathedral. She was a nurses aide for Healthways at Shiloh Apartments in Wellsburg.
Surviving are her husband, Michael E. Kirkpatrick, whom she married on August 22, 1988 celebrating 24 years of marriage; children, Mary, Cody and Caitlin Kirkpatrick; six brothers and two sisters.
A memorial mass will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Monsignor Kurt Kemo as celebrant.
