SMITH, Chrystal Jenell, 61, passed away on Aug. 7, 2012, at Trinity West Medical Center. She was born on Oct. 2, 1950, to the late Walter Childs and Mary "Kate" Hunter in Steubenville.
She is survived by her loving family: her mother Kate Hunter; children, Ricky L. and LaDonna Smith; siblings, Rosemary (Isaiah) Culbreath, Grace (Melvin) Creech, Vernon, Gary, Annette and Juanita Childs and Curtis and Joslyn Taylor; her grandchildren, Ashley and Sabrina Gregory, Zhanterra Smith and Zi'aira West and a host of other relatives.
Services are Saturday, Aug. 11 at Williams, Gregory and Martin Funeral Service, 411 N. 7th St. The family will receive friends from 2 until the time of the funeral at 2:30 p.m.
