CONLEY, Karen K. (Yeater), 60, of Colliers, went to be with Lord on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, at Trinity West Hospital, Steubenville, OH.
Karen was born on Feb. 29, 1952, in Steubenville, OH. She is the daughter of Denny and Shirley (Robinson) Yeater.
Karen was a member of the Promise of Victory Church of God, Colliers. She worked for over 20 years at Lancia Villa Royale of Steubenville, OH.
Karen is survived by her dear husband, Marshall Conley of Colliers, WV; four loving children, Michele (Sam) Taylor, Marshall (Ellen Walker) and Kenneth Conley all of Colliers, and Karie (Walt) Fortney of Winston Salem, NC; 11 caring grandchildren, Desiray Hartley, Derek and Dustin DeGarmo, Alexandria and Tyler Fortney, Riley, Jessica, Bernice Conley, and Wade and Shelbie Taylor; three devoted great-granchildren, Isabella and Elizabeth Hartley and Kylie Fyke with Ethan Hartley, on the way; adored sister, Edward (Judy) Yeater of Washington, PA, Jeffrey (Linda) Yeater of Kentucky, Timothy "Tim" (Dottie) Yeater of Weirton, WV, Robin (Robert) Swearengen of North Carolina, Rebecca (Robert) Hergert of Tennessee, Debbie (Bill) Kisner of Pennsylvania, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, Aug. 13, 2012, from 5-8 p.m. and again on Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012, from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at the James Funeral Home, 1245 Main St., Follansbee, WV, with the Captian Ed Long of the Salvation Army of Weirton, officiating.
Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Colliers, WV
