MORGAN, Catherine Louise "Kitty," 80, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Weirton Geriatric Center.
She was born on Nov. 8, 1931, in Ned, PA, a daughter of the late Joshua and Margaret (Evans) Riggs.
She is also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Morgan, Jr.; and a sister, Geraldine McNeal.

Kitty was a homemaker and a member of the Washington Pike Church of Christ in Wellsburg, WV.
Surviving are her five children, Deborah (Dallas) Paugh of Follansbee, WV, Kim (Randy) Robinson of Tampa, FL, Edward "Tom" Thomas Morgan, III of Follansbee, WV, Sheila Donell of Follansbee, WV, and Douglas Michael Morgan of Jacksonville, FL; one brother, Lonnie (Janet) Riggs of Follansbee, WV; five sisters, Zelma Cassella of Weirton, WV, Alberta Mesaras of Florida, Violet Cole of Canton, OH, Lena Jones of Weirton, WV, and Jean (Rod) Adams of Wintersville, OH; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a special friend Norman White of Weirton, WV.
Visitation will be held on Monday, Aug. 13 from 4-8 p.m. at the Mullenbach Funeral Home, 669 Main St., Follansbee, WV, where services will be on Tuesday, Aug. 14 at 11 a.m. with Jared Kerns, minister officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Johns Cemetery in Colliers, WV.
