WINTERSVILLE - Stephanie Manuel and Matthew Patterson were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. on June 16 at Bell Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jeffery Proya officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Stephen and Elizabeth Manuel of Wintersville.
The groom is the son of Douglas Patterson Jr. and Kelley Allison of Steubenville.

Escorted down the aisle and given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless lace ivory gown adorned with crystals and pearls with a cathedral-length train. She carried a bouquet of crystal-covered ivory roses tied with a satin ribbon.
The matron of honor was Amanda Richardson. Elizabeth Curti served as the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Lindsay Haught, cousin of the groom; Erica Hosterman; Lindsay Manuel, sister of the bride; and Whitney Garrison, cousin of the bride.
The best man was Christopher Haught, cousin of the groom. The groomsmen were Justin McClure and Jesse Hickman.
The flower girl was Emileigh Schlotter, cousin of the bride. Connor Richardson was the ring bearer.
A reception was held at William's Country Club. The couple honeymooned in St. James Barbados.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Indian Creek High School, a 2009 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville and a 2012 graduate at Walden University. She is teaching at Steubenville City Schools.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Edison High School and a 2011 graduate of the Community College Beaver County. He accepted a position with the Federal Aviation Administration for air traffic control.
They reside in Wintersville.
