to meet Tuesday in Weirton
WEIRTON - The Follansbee High School Class of 1961 will hold their monthly social on at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Three Springs Drive Eat'n Park.
All classmates, spouses and guests are welcome.
Class of '15 parents to meet
WEIRTON - The Weir High School Class of 2015 Parent Group will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the high school cafeteria to discuss fundraisers for the year.
All parents are encouraged to attend.
Coffee house to be held
WEIRTON - The Christian Coffee House for Women will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 7 at the Marland Heights Community Church located at 3900 Bright Way.
The event includes a complimentary coffee and beverage bar and desserts and free childcare for those children in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Children must be pre-registered for childcare.
The event is sponsored by Cup of Life Ministries, Tina Schoolcraft, Bible teacher.

Indoor soccer holding tryouts
WEIRTON - Krazy Bout Sportz will hold indoor soccer league tryouts for 4- and 5-year-olds from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 13; for 6-, 7- and 8-year-olds from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 21; and 9- and 10-year-olds from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 11 and 12 at the facilities located at 2850 Weir Ave.
The cost is $40 for one child, and $30 for each additional child.

Holy Name holding dinner
WHEELING - The Holy Name Society of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Ukrainian Catholic Church will hold a spaghetti dinner from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 23 at the church hall located at 4136 Jacob St.
The dinner includes spaghetti, meatballs, salad, bread and butter, dessert and coffee or tea.
The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children. Carry-out is available.
