SKINNER, Elweyn "Nack" Gene, 72, of Wintersville, departed peacefully on Tuesday, August 28 in his home.
He was born May 10, 1940, in Empire, Ohio, to the late Howard Skinner and Edna Glasure.
Elweyn was a "jack of all trades" who graduated from Toronto High School in 1958. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, the VFW, American Legion and Mason F&AM. Elweyn retired as a pipefitter from Weirton Steel.
