CHILDERS, Twyla D., 81, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away Aug. 31, 2012, at Valley Hospice Care Center North.
She was born Dec. 28, 1930, in Smithburg, WV, a daughter of the late Lester and Conda (Ware) Sutton.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Childers Sr.; three infant children; brothers, Lowell and Joe Sutton; and sister, Euleta Connelly.
Twyla was Methodist by faith.
She is survived by her son, Charles Childers Jr. of Reno, NV; daughter, Regina (Paul) Brokaw of Richmond; brothers, Bill and Butch Sutton; sister, Shirley Lipscomb; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. with Pastor David Massimi and Tom Snodgrass officiating.
Burial will follow at Richmond Union Cemetery.
