Colliers Primary School has achieved adequate yearly progress for the 2011-2012 school year, based on the West Virginia Educational Standards Test 2. All students in third through 11th grade are required to take the WESTEST2, which is an assessment that measures student achievement. In celebration of the students’ academic success, the school held a WESTEST 2 assembly. All fourth-grade students were recognized for increasing their scores in reading and math and were presented with a certificate. -- Contributed
