Weirton Daily Times

WEIRTON - The Art Department of the Weirton Woman's Club, a General Federation of Women's Clubs of West Virginia member, met in June at Williams Country Club for their final meeting and installation of officers.

Chair Carol Village welcomed members and guests. Wilma Roberts led the inspiration and Pledge of Allegiance. Art Scholarship recipient Kelsey Bable and her mother attended the luncheon, where she shared her art portfolio with the members. Bable, a Brooke High School graduate, will attend West Liberty University in the fall, where she will be majoring in art therapy.

The new officers were installed by outgoing Chair Molly Mossor, who used a chocolate theme for the induction gifts.
