WEIRTON - The Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary held their regular monthly meeting Sept. 4 at Giovanni's Restaurant.
After having lunch, the meeting was opened with a prayer led by the Rev. Ron Getsinger. President Delores Bengier led the Pledge of Allegiance and Auxiliary Pledge.
Secretary Mary Longhi called roll, then read the previous meeting's minutes. Treasurer Sondra Pennacchio gave the financial report. Membership Chair Minnie Catignani reminded members dues are due at the October meeting.
Social Chair Sondra Pennacchio gave a report on the Christmas party, which will be held at 2 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Knight's Hall.
Mary Spano and Kay Doboski celebrated September birthdays, and the group sang "Happy Birthday."
Doboski held a 50/50 drawing, which Donna DiAngelis won.
Getsinger closed the meeting with prayer.
