To the Editor,
Some of the clients at the Hancock County Sheltered Workshop do not earn large weekly paychecks. Some earn as little as $10.
Yet the city of Weirton sees fit to charge them a $4 per week tax! Add in the other deductions and the take-home pay is less than $5!
There should be a reasonable minimum they can earn before the tax kicks in.
