TORONTO - Ken and Sharon Hayes of Toronto announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Lee, to Brent Scott Kantaras, son of Jean and Steven Kantaras of Poland, Ohio.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Edison High School and a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling. She is employed at Turning Point Counseling Services in Youngstown as a mental health counselor.
Her fiance graduated in 2003 from Poland Seminary High School and Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling from KSU. He is employed at Meridian Community Care in Youngstown as a substance abuse counselor.
