To the Editor,
I am sorry to report if one listens to Michael Savage (talk radio) one might feel ashamed of being an American.
Add to the mix Thomas Sowell, Cal Thomas and Sean Hannity. Throw in Pat Buchanan and one may as well tuck your (paraphrasing) head between your legs and kiss your hiney goodbye with all their doomsday rhetoric.
The reason there's so much discourse? There's no independent thought.
The conservative movement talk radio, cable tv was a noble venture. The sad part is instead of conservativism, it got buffoonism with Rush Limbaugh leading the way.
Where's any of the abuse that's going to say yes to global warming?
There's no independent thought on their part. They go to bed every night, get up every morning and read the same rehearsed script in unison.
