WEIRTON - The Rev. Andrew Bush has taken pastorship of the Chapel Hill Wesleyan Church after the Rev. Marvin Taylor retired after 45 years of service.

Bush is a native of Mansfield, Ohio, and a Indiana Wesleyan University graduate. He served as Sonlight Wesleyan Church children's pastor in Bluffton, Ind., as the Sault Wesleyan Church assistant pastor in Sault Sainte Marie, Mich.

He and his wife, Stacy, have three children, aged 7, 5 and 2. In his spare time, Bush enjoys spending time with his children, reading, football and home remodeling projects.

"It is very hilly," said Bush of the area. "Actually, back in Indiana, these hills would be called mountains. The hills and the area are beautiful."

He invited those without a home church to visit Chapel Hill Wesleyan.

"Everyone is welcome and accepted here," he said. "if you do not attend church somewhere, we invite you to come check out what is happening at Chapel Hill."

Services are held at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sundays. The church is located at 139 Gilson Ave.
