Pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (administrative). Sentence of 90 days in jail suspended. Placed on one year supervised probation, concurrent with DUI sentence. Fined $150 and assessed court costs. Charge of stalking dismissed at prosecutor's request.

David Ashman, Austintown, Ohio, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Charge of reckless driving dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Sept. 7

John Kallay III, Weirton, counterfeiting case bound over to Hancock County Circuit Court after probable cause found.
