WEIRTON - The Weirton Medical Center Auxiliary met in the Starvaggi Board Room with President Sondra Weigel conducting the meeting.
The 16 members recited the Auxiliary Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.
Barbara Coalter, Administrative Liaison from Human Resources, is in the process of scheduling a mandatory in-service for all volunteers.
Corresponding Secretary Mary Lou Batcho reported sympathy and thank-you notes were sent out. Treasurer Paula Billick gave the financial report.
Auxiliary Service chairs gave the following reports: Phil Troia, clergy; John Patton, coffee cart; Barbara Cameron, gift cart; Jeannie Duffy, gift shop; Barbara Cameron, information and surgical desks; Paula Billick, payroll deductions; Marg DiClemente, skilled care; Beth DiGregorio, surgical desk escorts; and Margaret Patton, Volunteens.
Special reports were given by: Phil Troia, birth certificates; Grace Lenhart, historian; Alma Wansack, remembrance fund; and Dee Krinock, membership.
Members gave reports on the proceeds of the $5 jewelry sale, and the annual mum sale.
