Blake Koci, Beech Bottom, charge of escape dismissed and refiled as destruction of property, to which defendant pleaded guilty. Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation, consecutive with sentence from Brooke County. Assessed court costs.
Alexander Smith, Newell, indicted by grand jury on charge of malicious wounding.
