VINCO, Barbara E., 82, of Wintersville, OH, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012 at Acuity Hospital, Steubenville.
She was born in Dillonvale, OH on June 5, 1930 a daughter of the late Carl and Hazel Barcus Norris. She was a member of Starkdale Presbyterian Church.
Barbara is survived by her husband Henry Vinco; sons Dan Vinco and Tony (Cindy) Vinco; sisters Patti (Greg) Zanes and Nancy Newton; grandsons Joel (Nicole) Vinco and Spencer (Megan) Vinco; great grandson Evan Vinco.
