The Woman’s Club of New Cumberland sold fruit-filled crepes during the New Cumberland Riverfest, with Terri Fisher directing the preparation. Those participating included, from left, front, Patty Fisher and President Dorothy Hawkes, and back, Lisa Maloney and Sally Greathouse. The fundraiser will help in the club’s effort to sport the General Federation of Woman’s Clubs of West Virginia President’s Special Project, Camp Kno Koma, a summer camp for diabetic children. The Woman’s Club of New Cumberland will be participating in fundraising projects throughout the year in order to support local children’s visit to Kno Koma. -- Contributed
