Kari Frances Lemasters, New Cumberland, charge of domestic battery dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request because defendant successfully completed six-month diversionary program.

Ryan A. Cunningham, Weirton, charge of driving on a suspended license (DUI) dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Wallace J. Jeffe, Weirton, charges of possession of a controlled substance (synthetic cannabinoids) and assault on a police officer dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

LaQuan Jones, Weirton, charge of destruction of property dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Robert Sturges, Weirton, pursuant to a plea agreement (no violations noted), charge of domestic battery dismissed but $160.80 in court costs assessed.

Michael Swank, Steubenville, pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender. Sentenced to six months in jail, with credit given for 11 days already served. Remaining 169 days suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation. Fined $250 and assessed court costs and a $35 probation fee.

Becky Young, Follansbee, charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed because no violations were noted during the probationary period. Court costs were paid.

Amber Kirk, New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to having defective equipment. Fined $50 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving on a suspended license (administrative) dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Jayme Duffy, Carnegie, Pa., charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed because no violations were noted during the probationary period. Court costs were paid.

Jason McEldowney, Newell, pleaded no contest to cruelty to animals and was found guilty. Sentenced to 14 days in jail, with credit given for 14 days already served.
