Man climbs over
EOCC fence
WINTERSVILLE - Area law enforcement are looking for Matthew D. Lanham Jr., 20, of Bergholz, who climbed over a fence Saturday evening at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center.
Lanham had served 67 days of a six-month sentence on theft-related charges out of Carroll County.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department reported going to the residence of Lanham's girlfriend on Knox Township Road 242, Toronto, but she said he hadn't been there. Deputies later went back to the residence and saw Lanham running into the woods.
Lanham is described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with brown hair and multiple tattoos.

Wayne trustees
to meet
BLOOMINGDALE - The Wayne Township trustees will meet in special session at noon Tuesday at the township garage on county Road 26.
The trustees are to meet to adopt a resolution to participate in an Ohio Public Works Capital Improvement program for fiscal year 2013.
