Arden Minor of Weirton won a first in state gold ribbon in the Foods and Nutrition 4-H Visual Presentation Contest Junior Individual Division with her demonstration “Measuring Up.” More than 100 illustrated talks were presented by 4-H members from 24 counties before judges at West Virginia University in Morgantown.
