MILLER, Joan A., 74, of Colliers, WV, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012, at the Laurels of Steubenville.
She was born February 5, 1938, in Wilkes Barre, PA, a daughter of the late James R. and Jean (King) Eldridge.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Dale Eccles, in 1973.
Joan was a homemaker.
Surviving are her children, James Russell (Mary) Eccles of Colliers, WV; Thomas (Lisa) Eccles of California; Jody (Jodie) Eccles of Lisbon, OH; two brothers, Jimmy and Bobby Eldridge of Arizona; five grandchildren, Courtney Eccles, Marissa Eccles, Amanda Padget, Jacob Eccles and Miekinzie Haver; and a great-grandson on the way.
Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Turley Funeral Home.
Services will be there Monday, November 5, 2012 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Robert Staub officiating. Interment will follow in the New Cumberland Cemetery.
