PEPPER, Franklin M., 67, of Weirton, WV, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012, at home.
He was born July 7, 1945, in Parkersburg, WV. The son of the late Brooks and Hazel Hornish Pepper. He was a member of Christ The King Family Worship Center, a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran, and an employee of ArcelorMittal/Weirton, where he was a team leader in the enviromental department. He was currently in his 48th year of employment.
He was also preceded in death by his sister; Janet Lee Sutton.
Surviving are his wife; Mary Lou Lojszczyk Pepper, sons; Robbie Pepper of Weirton, WV, Greg Clark (Michelle) of Wintersville, OH, daughters; Shana Pepper of Weirton, WV, Christine Williams (Dr. Samuel Jr.) of New Cumberland, WV, Theresa Cork (Matthew) of Winchester, VA, ten grand children, six great grand children, brothers; Paul Pepper (Jaunda "Butch") of Weirton, WV, Russell Pepper (Mabel) of Independence, MO, Donald Pepper (Geraldine) of Washington, WV.
Visitation will be at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, Inc., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV, on Monday, November 5, 2012, from 5-8 p.m.
The funeral will be Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at 11 a.m. with Dr. Samuel Williams Jr. presiding. Military funeral honors will be provided by American Legion Post 10 and the West Virginia Honor Guard.
