To the Editor,
City of Weirton, you have to be kidding me about last Tuesday canceling garbage pick-up. You were concerned about your employees being in harm's way. Just as I am thinking what about the bad winter weather? That should be your concern with your employees walking and coming down steep hills.
I think you jumped the gun, as did Hancock County Schools.
