Ridge Hoppers
The Ridge Hoppers 4-H Club met at a shelter house at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds and gathered around a campfire in a pit.
Krystal Fiala presided. Tammy Fiala provided pumpkins for members to carve.
The county Rake-a-thon will be held until Nov. 16. Members planned to participate in Trick or Treat for UNICEF and go to the Groucher Haunted Mansion in Toronto.
A thank-you gift was sent to Stella Puskarich.
The next meeting will be held at the Eastern Gateway Community College at 6 p.m. on Nov. 19.
Johnathan Vance provided horseshoes for recreation, and the group played ball.
