Why would Santo Santoro want a company from Fredericksburg, Ohio, to have preference over the residents of Steubenville and Weirton.
Fredericksburg is closer to Columbus than it is to Weirton, Steubenville?
Sell your soul to Santo? I would think he would want employees from Follansbee, Weirton and Steubenville only!
Where is his alliance?
