Arrested: Greg A. Kelley, 34, no fixed address, failure to appear warrant out of municipal court, Saturday.

Cited: William P. Hunter, 20, Wellsburg, no operator's license; and Terry Green Jr., no age or address listed, driving with suspended license.

Theft: Apartment in the 500 block of South Fourth Street entered and TV taken, Saturday.

Arrested: Grady L. Franklin, 32, 709 Pine St., two counts rape, Sunday.

Theft: Vehicle entered in the alley in the rear of the 1100 block of Wellesley Avenue and ransacked. A handgun, GPS unit, camera, laptop computer, credit and bank cards and cash taken, Sunday.

Theft: Empty house trailer off county Road 10, Adena, entered and electric wiring removed, Saturday.

Animals shot: Two goats shot on property off county Road 74, Mingo Junction, Sunday.

Vandalism: Tires on vehicle punctured with nails on township Road 381, Steubenville, Saturday.

Theft: Garage broken into in the 900 block of Two Ridge Road, Wintersville, and power tools, hand tools and chain saw taken, Sunday.

Theft: Three unlocked vehicles entered in the 100 block of Paulman Circle and a GPS unit, flashlight and stun gun taken, Thursday.

Vandalism: Tires slashed on two vehicles in the 100 block of Aetna Street, Thursday.

Cited: Bo K. Hardman, 21, 132 Grandview Ave., Mingo Junction, dog at large.

Theft: Chain saw taken from bed of pickup truck in the 200 block of Spring Avenue, Sunday.
