WEIRTON - The Four Season Senior Citizens Association met Nov. 14 at the Serbian American Cultural Center with First Vice President Angela Gillette presiding.

Josie Cekinovich gave the invocation, and members recited the Pledge of Allegiance and sang "God Bless America."

Gillette welcomed guests Dolly and Sandy Muscara.

Following the meal, Donahue and Son entertained with a mix of country and classic music. Members danced and sang along to "You Are My Sunshine."

The secretary's and treasurer's reports were given, and Reservation Chair Cekinovich reported 109 members had made reservations, reviewed the cancellation policy and thanked the callers and those at the sign-in tables.

Members recognized the November birthdays of Rose Barbara, Margy Burskey, Judy Anderson and Norma Yoho and the anniversaries of Jim and Barbara Cerra and Milt and Eva Fabianich. Marge Trinone sent get-well cards to Virginia Riley, Margaret Bracaglia, Alvera Guglielmo and John Prebeg. She read a thank-you card from Virginia Roseberry.

It was reported the group has 161 members.

Gillette announced the 2013 slate of officers: President Norma Yoho, First Vice President Robert Burnette, Second Vice President Chris Sklenar, Secretary Tom Maxwell, Treasurer Rose Mark and Chaplin Mary Rose Spano. Chris Sklenar nominated Jane Barney for historian. Cekinovich moved to accepted the slate by acclamation, with Rose Mark seconding. The motion carried, and Gillette congratulated the new officers.

Frank Sciarra was awarded the free dinner from the club. Armando D'Amico and Jim Orler won the 50/50 drawing. Rose Mark, Barbara Cerra, Jim Cerra, Tom Barbara, Barbara Libengood, and Chuck Rupani received door prizes.

Gillette extended best wishes to Jenny Muscara, who is moving to Indiana.
