WEIRTON - Twelve community groups are participating in the 2012 Christmas Tree Display at Millsop Community Center.
The fifth-annual tree display, located in the Weirton Room, helps raise money for the Legacy Trust Fund for future projects at the community center, said Deb Witkowski, a member of the park board.
The display officially opens at 2 p.m. Saturday. Throughout the day, she said area residents will be able to vote for their favorite for a $1 donation. The organization decorating the winning tree gets a trophy.
