Shot fired: A resident on Girtys Point Road near West Liberty reported hearing shots fired near her home at about 7 a.m. Monday. A short time later, when she closed the door of her van, the back window shattered and glass fell to the ground. The woman and a sheriff's deputy found markings from BBs on the rear hatch.
