WEIRTON - The Art Department of the Weirton Woman's Club, a General Federation of Women's Clubs of West Virginia member, met Oct. 22 at Undo's for meeting and lunch.
Chair Enid Williams welcomed members and thanked those attending for wearing pearls. She gave a short history of pearls and announced, for the next meeting, everyone is asked to wear pashminas.
June Pulice gave the inspiration and Pledge of Allegiance.
Cathy Mills from the Steubenville Women's Club presented a program on metal art clay jewelry. She displayed jewelry she made and showed a video of herself working with metal clay. She then answered questions from the members about her art form.
Sharon Neeley, Holiday Crafts Festival Chair, gave a final report on the Holiday Festival.
