Something musically new is afoot in the community of Bergholz.
On the last Thursday of the month, there is a variety of live music - from country to gospel - performed at the Bergholz Volunteer Fire Department from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The next one is Dec. 27 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Admission is by donation with all proceeds to benefit the fire department. There is a 50-50 drawing and covered-dish dinner. Anyone is welcome to attend.
