TORONTO - James and Traci Sanders of Toronto announce the engagement of their daughter, Merideth Marie, to Seth Ryan Fluharty, son of Charles and Lisa Karamanolis of Wintersville.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Edison High School and a 2011 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in social studies education.
She is employed by Steubenville City Schools as a substitute teacher.
