Never Alone holds support
group meetings bi-weekly
Never Alone West Virginia host support group meetings at 6 p.m. Mondays at 149 Preston Ave., Weirton Heights, and at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the former New Cumberland city building.
Never Alone is a Christian-based nonprofit organization that supports a drug-free community. The group addresses multiple addictions, including drugs, alcohol, depression, over-eating, cigarettes, gambling and enabling. It also provides rehabilitation referrals. Group to hold vigil
WEIRTON - Survivors for Victims, in collaborations with the Sexual Assault Help Center, will hold a candlelight vigil at 6 p.m. Saturday in front of the Millsop Community Center.
The vigil will recognize the high profile rape case in India and honor that victim and all sexual assault victims. This is part of a wide-spread vigil being held at the same time throughout the United States and India. For information on the local vigil, call Michele Robinson at (304) 914-8571.
VFW?holding dinner Feb. 2
WEIRTON?- The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2716 will hold its monthly lotto dinner at 6 p.m. Feb. 2 at the post located on Main Street.

Society holding chicken dinner
WHEELING - The Holy Name Society of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Ukrainian Catholic Church will hold a chicken dinner from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 3 at the church hall located at 4136 Jacob St.
The menu includes a quarter chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, dessert and tea or coffee. The cost is $7 for adults and $3.50 for children. Carry-out is available.

WEIRTON - Tri-State Marine Corps Club Auxiliary members have found a Marine key fob with a single key on it during a recent event.
Anyone who may have lost such a key is asked to call (304) 748-3107, so the key can be returned.
