Living conditions in Africa were the focus at the Rotary Club of Weirton’s Wednesday luncheon meeting, held this week at Undo’s. Guest speaker was Norman Schwertfeger, the Brooke County Extension agent, who talked about the month he and his wife spent with their missionary son, Jacob, and daughter-in-law, Jessi, in Zambia. Schwertfeger said seeing first hand the living conditions in Zambia was an eye-opening experience. -- Linda Harris
