WEIRTON - The Garden Department of the Weirton Woman's Club, a General Federation of Women's Clubs of West Virginia member club, held their December meeting at Undo's at the Holiday Inn - Weirton with Chair Sharon Neeley presiding.
Sharon Neeley welcomed members to the annual "Bake It or Make It" Christmas meeting and thanked hostesses Lea Shirer and Carol Village for decorating for the meeting.
Village led the inspiration, reading the poem "At Christmas Time," and led members in prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Courtesy Chair Dawn Neeley reported 19 members and one guest were in attendance. The treasurer's report was given.
Members exchanged their "Make It or Bake It" gifts, displayed their gifts and exchanged thanks. The group held a Christmas carol sing-a-long.
Sylvia Hornak, Carol Bable, Diana Durst, Grace Lenhart, Patti Nixon and Barbara Visnic won Christmas cookbooks donated by Village.
Upcoming club and department meetings were announced. The next Garden Department meeting will be held at noon Tuesday at Undo's.
Sharon Neeley reminded members the department's annual Calendar Luncheon will be held April 13 at Undo's, and further planning would be done at the February meeting.
Program Chair Lea Shirer announced the February program will be on the Weirton Project by Shirlee Baltich. Hospitality Chair Patti Nixon announced June Pulice will be the February hostess. Inspiration Chair Village announced Barbara Raynolds will give the February inspiration.
